Manchester United’s Juan Mata is a summer target of Real Madrid and Juventus
On January of 2014, Manchester United offloaded €37 million as the Premier League club decided to sign Juan Mata and bring him from Stamford Bridge over to Old Trafford.
Even though Manchester United had to spend a substantially high amount of cash in order to secure the services of Juan Mata, the Spanish midfielder has not been able to find a regular starting role in the English club.
Since making his arrival to Old Trafford in the beginning of 2014, Juan Mata has only made 48 Premier League appearances for Manchester United.
Juan Mata hasn’t truly made an impact in Manchester United as he is constantly being substituted off of a match and on other occasions, the Spanish midfielder has had to settle with a place on the sidelines.
Rumors and reports are linking Juventus and Real Madrid with a move to Juan Mata.
Juventus might see their young star, Paul Pogba leave the Italian club during the summer transfer window and Juventus are trying to seek out another skillful player who could fill in the boots of Pogba.
Pogba is being sought out by: PSG, Real Madrid, Manchester City and just about every other top European club and the coach of Juventus, MassimilianoAllegri has already stated that Pogba will leave but only if the price is right.
Paul Pogba has a price tag in the region of €60-€90 million which is an incredibly high price tag but taking into consideration that at the age of 22, Pogba is already being hailed as the next ZinedineZidane. There are clubs that are willing to splash that cash and secure his services. The Frenchman has already proved that he is one of the best youngsters in the world of football as he was hailed as the best Young Player during the 2014 World Cup and has helped Juventus in securing 3 successive Serie A titles.
If the right offer comes along, Pogba could be leaving Juventus and Juan Mata is being viewed as a potential replacement.
